Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead evidence based strategic development and refinement of workforce program model design, components and systems.
  • Ensure enrollment, assessment and placement goals are met as well as other stipulated grant outcomes
  • Oversee development and implementation of case management data system and tools
  • Serve as internal workforce development SME by staying abreast of trends 
  • Manage workforce programs and content.
  • Establish overall workforce program strategies and objectives.
  • Track, analyze and report on program data and effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage the Workforce Development Program Team.
  • Support the overall Empowerment Plan Team and organizational goals.

 Qualifications:

  • 5+ years managing workforce development programs.
  • 10+ years industry experience.
  • MSW or BSW preferred or BA/BS in a related field.
  • Experience working with the social enterprise workforce.
  • Prior experience directly leading others.
