Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support and maintenance to clients in various industries
  • Provide phone, on site and remote support as needed
  • Install, upgrade and troubleshoot a variety of software and hardware issues
  • Monitor status of all open tickets
  • Provide emergency response to reduce down time, correct errors, diagnose system failures, and conduct off-hours scheduled and as needed maintenance.
  • Complete all assigned operational and procedural tasks
  • Drive to client locations to provide on-site support when needed or scheduled
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Required

  • 1-2 years experience delivering high quality end user support.
  • Must posses excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic networking knowledge, familiarity and experience with Windows and Mac operating systems. Experience troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware and software related issues

Preferred

  • Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016; Windows 10; Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Certifications from Microsoft, Cisco or A+
